Quick question for cushion fans - big squishy 45cm, or neat cute 40cm (of which I can easily fit six panels into a yard)?

45 all the way for me! I think 40 is just a little too small to be practical. But I bet that's not what you wanted to hear.
I say do what works for you - if there is only one size available then whats to compare it with ?

I'd say the future is looking so much more streamlined for you! Go with whatever makes it easier. If there's only a 40 for sale, then that's what I'd buy.
I'd say 45, because I think that the design needs to be nicely blocked in the middle of the cushion.
